If you believe that material available through our Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright infringement notification to our designated DMCA contact.
We will review properly submitted notices and take appropriate action where we determine that action is warranted.
01 Designated Copyright Contact
Copyright and DMCA notices should be sent to:
02 What a Copyright Notice Should Contain
To help us process your complaint efficiently, your notice should contain sufficient information to identify the copyrighted work and the material you believe infringes it.
A substantially complete notice should include:
A. Identification of the copyrighted work
Describe the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed.
If multiple works are involved, provide a representative list of those works.
B. Identification of the allegedly infringing material
Provide enough information for us to locate the material on the Platform.
Where possible, include:
- the exact URL;
- video/page URL;
- content ID;
- title of the material;
- screenshots or other identifying information; and
- any other information that helps us locate the material.
A homepage URL or general search query alone may not be sufficient to identify the material.
C. Your contact information
Provide information that allows us to contact you, such as:
- full name;
- email address;
- mailing address, where appropriate; and
- telephone number, where appropriate.
If you are submitting the notice on behalf of a copyright owner, identify the copyright owner and your authority to act on their behalf.
D. Good-faith statement
Your notice should include a statement confirming that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
E. Accuracy and authority statement
Your notice should include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, where applicable, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
F. Signature
The notice should include an electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.

04 What Happens After We Receive a Notice
After receiving a sufficiently detailed copyright complaint, we may:
- review the submitted information;
- determine whether the reported material can be identified;
- evaluate whether the complaint appears to concern copyright infringement;
- request additional information where necessary;
- restrict, disable, or remove access to material where appropriate;
- notify the uploader or account holder where appropriate; and
- maintain records relating to the complaint.
The precise action may depend on the circumstances, the information provided, applicable law, and the availability of the material.
05 Incomplete or Invalid Notices
We may request additional information if a complaint does not provide enough information to identify:
- the copyright owner;
- the copyrighted work;
- the allegedly infringing material; or
- the basis for the complaint.
We may be unable to act on reports that do not provide enough information for us to reasonably investigate the allegation.
06 Counter-Notifications
If material was removed or disabled following a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was mistaken or that you have authorization to use the material, you may contact us with information explaining your position.
Where applicable law provides a formal counter-notification procedure, we may process a valid counter-notification according to that procedure.
A counter-notification may need to include information such as:
- identification of the material that was removed;
- identification of where the material previously appeared;
- your contact information;
- a statement explaining your good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- any legally required consent to jurisdiction or service of process; and
- your signature.
We may forward a valid counter-notification to the original complainant where required or permitted by applicable law.
07 Repeat Infringers
We may restrict or terminate accounts or access belonging to users who repeatedly upload material that infringes the rights of others.
The determination of whether a user is a repeat infringer may take into account the circumstances and reliability of copyright complaints received concerning that user.
08 False or Fraudulent Complaints
Copyright complaints should only be submitted by copyright owners or persons authorized to act on their behalf.
Submitting knowingly false, fraudulent, or materially misleading copyright claims may have legal consequences.
We may preserve information concerning suspicious or abusive complaints and may take appropriate action against persons who misuse the reporting system.
09 Third-Party Hosting and CDN Providers
Some Platform content may be stored, cached, processed, or delivered through third-party hosting, storage, CDN, or video infrastructure providers.
Those providers may have their own copyright-reporting systems and legal procedures.
Where a copyright complaint concerns infrastructure controlled directly by a third-party provider, we may also direct the complainant to that provider's applicable reporting channel.
The fact that content is delivered through a third-party provider does not prevent you from reporting suspected copyright infringement to us.
10 Content That Is Re-Uploaded
Removal of a particular copy of material does not necessarily prevent another user from subsequently uploading the same or similar material.
We may take reasonable measures available to us to address repeat uploads or repeat infringement, but we cannot guarantee that identical or substantially similar material will never appear again.
If previously reported material reappears, please submit a new report identifying the new URL or content location.
11 Copyright Complaints vs. Other Complaints
The DMCA process is intended for copyright infringement.
If your concern instead involves:
- non-consensual intimate imagery;
- an alleged deepfake;
- personal privacy;
- harassment;
- doxxing;
- content involving a minor;
- exploitation;
- another illegal activity; or
- another safety concern,
please identify the nature of the complaint clearly when contacting us so that it can be directed to the appropriate review process.
For privacy and NCII complaints, contact:
support@viralmmsvideo.dpdns.org12 Reports Involving Minors
Content involving minors in sexual contexts is prohibited on the Platform.
Report the relevant URL or identifying information to us immediately through the appropriate reporting channel.
We may take appropriate action and, where required, cooperate with competent authorities.
13 Privacy of Copyright Complaints
Information submitted through a copyright complaint may be retained for purposes including:
- investigating the complaint;
- communicating with the complainant;
- communicating with an uploader;
- maintaining legal records;
- preventing abuse of the reporting system; and
- complying with legal obligations.
Information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to process the complaint or where disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law.
Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information in a copyright complaint.
14 No Guarantee of Immediate Removal
Submitting a copyright notice does not guarantee immediate removal of material.
We may need to verify the complaint, request additional information, determine whether the material can be located, or assess whether the complaint falls within the applicable copyright procedure.
Where appropriate, we will seek to process valid and sufficiently detailed complaints as promptly as reasonably practicable.
15 Emergency and Urgent Reports
If a report involves an immediate risk to a person, suspected involvement of a minor, or another serious safety issue, clearly mark the communication:
and provide the specific URL and relevant information needed for us to investigate.
Urgent reports may be prioritized, subject to the circumstances and information provided.
